Resumen de StickiesSync
StickiesSync permite sincronizar de forma automática, instantánea y silenciosa tus notas adhesivas de Stickies.app entre varios Mac. Ejecuta el script de instalación una vez en cada Mac y no tendrás que volver a preocuparte por ello.
StickiesSync utiliza una carpeta compartida o un volumen de servidor para sincronizar tus Stickies. Por ejemplo, puedes sincronizar utilizando tu iCloud Drive, DropBox, Google Drive, Resilio Sync, tu propio servidor privado accesible a través de Internet o cualquier otro tipo de servidor que te ofrezca acceso completo de lectura y escritura mediante el uso compartido de archivos en el Finder.
StickiesSync se ejecuta de forma invisible en segundo plano (sin iconos en el Dock ni en la barra de menús que ocupen espacio), pero se puede pausar y reanudar con solo hacer clic en un botón.

I've run the script and lost all my Stickie Notes. Is there a way to recover them? @John ?
Any help would be appreciated, Unfortunately I don't have time machine but I'm running a disk drill maybe there is a way to see where the database is saved etc?

Found it syncs best after stickies is closed as that is when the database is saved. is this correct?

I've been using this sucessfully on 3 macs (1 Powerbook and 2 iMacs). Unfortunately 1 machine had to be wiped clean and I am reinstalling everything. I wanted to download StickiesSync but get an error message saying that the .dmg file is corrupted and should be moved to Trash. Anybody know what's going on?

Silently works as advertised, which solves the problem I needed solved. Some notes on setup and use would be helpful, though, to wit: 1. The tool doesn't do simultaneous updates--there doesn't appear to be any locking mechanism. If it's you, a work machine, and a home machine or two, that's great--exactly what you need at a great price (free!). Just don't try updating stickies from 2 different machines at the same time. 2. Installation is counter-intuitive in that the machine you're currently installing on updates stickies on all the previously-installed machines, rather than their content updating your local content. That means you'd better have a full backup of your "remote" stickies before you set this up for your "local" stickies, or *boom*, they're gone. For "features", I'd like to see some control over how and what gets transferred, but for now, this is just what I needed, neither more nor less.
